Tracking Workouts
EvenFit allows you to record workouts with ease. No matter what the workout
activity, you can use the DataGrids to enter as many sets per exercise as you
need. There is no limit! After a workout is recorded, you can print the workout
for use during your next activity to keep track of what you did last time and
as a guide to the next workout.
Easy Entry and Editing for Workouts
Clicking on the Add/Edit toolbar button for a workout will launch the detail
view for the exercise you have selected in the grid. The Add/Edit view allows
you to make changes, copy or add a new exercise to your workout.
Planning and Tracking Workouts
Use the planned fields in the DataGrid to enter workouts for a specific time
period in the future. For example, you may want to enter a marathon training
schedule. You can enter the data in the "planned" columns. Once you have
completed that specific workout you can then record the "actual" items for the
workout. For example, depending on how you feel you may do more or less than
planned for distance, pace, etc. You can track this information for future
comparison.
Entering Workouts from a Template
Would you like one more option for entering workouts into EvenFit? Templates are
the solution. After the templates are created, you simply click on the
"Templates" button on the NavBar. Your templates will display in the right hand
side window called Templates. Now, all you have to do is click on a template
and drag it to the calendar or right mouse button on the template and select
"Add Workout from Template". The "Add Workout" view will be pre-populated with
the template data.
Wellness Journal Entry
The Wellness Journal Entry allows you to keep track of your latest personal
stats for a specific day. You are able to enter a photo of yourself to see your
progress over time and compare the photos to past wellness entries. You can
track you weight, blood pressure, heart rate, etc and add notes as to how you
did that day in meeting your goals.
Viewing Your Wellness Results
Use the Wellness charts to view your results and help you achieve your goals.
Chart your weight, body fat%, calories, sleep and blood pressure over a
specified period of time.
Printing Workouts
Have you ever been at the gym and forgot which exercise you were supposed to do
and how much weight to use? EvenFit offers you the ability to print your
workouts in a format that is easy to read and take notes on...perfect for
entering that tracking data we talked about above previously.
